I HATE EXERCISE!!!!

That’s a bit of an exaggeration. I love to run when I get into the flow of it and walking is always fun, it’s really anything with weights and toning exercising. Oy HATE!!!! but on “The Guide” I found some that look pretty, ummmm, doable.

I’m definitely digging this one. I’m going to try it this week and see how I feel about it.

Let’s GO!!!
